A Book & Music pairing club.
– An experiment in the complimentary pairing of music to books: One Book & One Album experienced together every month.
We are a group that meets physically once a month in Belfast, and virtually through this Facebook page and our blog to read and listen to music together, and talk about what we find.
The aim is to pair books with music that will compliment the reading experience; either through highlighting certain emotional or lyrical themes, or through music directly inspired by the book, or books directly inspired by music.
This is a bit of an experiment and so we hope for feedback and thoughts on how successful (or unsuccessful) these pairings are.
We hope for discussion on this Facebook page, and are considering some form of live tweeting during our monthly meetings to help tie in with the wider group.
